E-commerce Executive

Company: Bohomoon
Location: Telford, England, United Kingdom
Work Mode: Hybrid

About Bohomoon

At Bohomoon, we're passionate about creating affordable, trend-led jewellery that empowers our customers to express themselves with confidence. As one of the UK's fastest-growing jewellery brands, we're looking for a commercially minded E-commerce Executive to help drive the performance of our website and digital customer experience.

If you're commercially focused, highly analytical and enjoy spotting opportunities to improve performance, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Overview

We're looking for a commercially minded E-commerce Executive to join our team and support the day-to-day trading and management of the Bohomoon website.

You'll be hands-on with Shopify Plus, managing the Site and App, promotions, merchandising and onsite content, while using data and customer insights to identify opportunities to improve CVR, customer experience and revenue.

You'll be responsible for ensuring the website is trading effectively, products and promotions are presented correctly, and the customer journey is continually optimised.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, understands e-commerce trading and isn't afraid to take ownership and make things happen.

We're looking for someone who thinks for themselves, takes ownership and spots opportunities rather than simply waiting for tasks to be assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce weekly trading reports and analyse website performance.
  • Turn data into clear insights and recommendations to drive growth and share actionable insights with the wider business.
  • Manage products, collections, navigation and merchandising within Shopify Plus, working closely with relevant teams to coordinate website updates, launches, campaigns and new product drops.
  • Create and manage promotions, discount codes and seasonal campaigns.
  • Support forecasting, reporting and analysis of key trading periods and promotional activity.
  • Test website updates thoroughly across desktop, mobile and App.
  • Proactively identify trends, issues and opportunities within website and customer data rather than simply reporting on performance.
  • Monitor CVR, product performance and onsite behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Use website data and customer insights to identify A/B testing opportunities and customer journey improvements, working closely with the Dev team to implement them.
  • Work with the E-commerce Manager to develop and execute trading plans against commercial targets.
  • Work closely with CRM, Paid, Product, Creative and Customer Service teams to ensure the website supports wider commercial activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
