E-Commerce Executive
Milton Keynes
£35,000 - £40,000 + KPI Bonus + Progression + Benefits
Are you an ambitious and commercially minded E-commerce professional with WooCommerce experience, looking for an opportunity to take ownership of multiple international online stores while directly influencing traffic growth, conversion performance and revenue generation across established global brands?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business where you will play a key role in managing and developing ecommerce operations across multiple brands and international markets. You will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of WooCommerce websites, ensuring products, promotions and content are optimised to maximise online sales.
Working closely with marketing teams, external agencies and web developers, you will drive traffic acquisition strategies, improve customer journeys and identify opportunities to increase conversion rates and average order value. The role offers a strong blend of hands-on ecommerce management, digital marketing and commercial analysis.

The Role
- Manage and optimise WooCommerce ecommerce websites
- Maintain product content, pricing, promotions and merchandising activity
- Drive website traffic through SEO, PPC and digital marketing initiatives
- Analyse website performance and implement conversion rate improvements
- Coordinate projects with external agencies, developers and digital partners
- Produce ecommerce performance reports and support revenue growth targets
The Person
- Experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or website management
- Strong knowledge of WooCommerce, SEO, PPC and Google Analytics 4
- Commercially aware with strong analytical skills
- Experience working with external agencies and suppliers
- Experience with CRO, A/B testing, Google Shopping or B2B ecommerce advantageous
