E-Commerce Executive
Reporting to:
E-Commerce Manager
Role Overview
At Rowen & Wren, we believe the best ecommerce experiences bring together thoughtful brand storytelling, effortless customer journeys and strong commercial performance.
Our website is currently our only direct sales channel and is therefore central to how customers discover, experience and buy from the brand. We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to help us ensure the website is always performing at its best, from how products are presented and discovered through to the overall customer journey and experience.
Working closely with the E-Commerce Manager and teams across the business, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running and continual improvement of the website, using a combination of attention to detail, commercial awareness and data to identify opportunities and deliver improvements.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of our growing ecommerce function, with the opportunity to develop across Shopify, merchandising, SEO, analytics, customer experience and website optimisation.
What You'll Do
Product & Website Management:
- Manage the day-to-day setup and maintenance of products, collections and content within Shopify.
- Support new product and collection launches, ensuring everything is accurate and ready to go live.
- Coordinate product information and assets with Merchandising, Creative, Operations and other teams.
- Carry out website checks and QA to identify errors, broken links or incorrect information.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Shopify 2.0 functionality.
E-Commerce Merchandising:
- Support day-to-day website merchandising, including collections, product ordering, navigation and product presentation.
- Use ecommerce data to understand product and category performance and identify opportunities.
- Work closely with the E-Commerce Manager and Merchandising team to implement changes and improvements.
- Ensure products are presented consistently and effectively across the website.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
