Belstaff: E-Commerce Executive Opportunity

We're looking for an e-Commerce Executive who wants to continue to build their career in e-Commerce. Based at our Manchester Head Office, this is a key role within our ecommerce team, responsible for the trading and operational performance of our Belstaff website across multiple markets.
This position is based at the Castore HQ in Manchester but requires monthly travel to our Belstaff HQ in London.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyse sales performance and optimise product visibility: Managing the search and merchandising platform to review sales, conversion, traffic and product performance to identify trends, opportunities and underperforming areas. Use these insights to optimise product positioning, merchandising, search visibility and promotional exposure to drive revenue and improve commercial performance through the search and merchandising platform.
- Oversee website performance, usability and customer journey: Monitor the end-to-end customer experience across the website, identifying opportunities to improve navigation, product discovery, content, functionality and conversion. Ensure the site remains user-friendly, engaging and commercially effective across desktop and mobile.
- Plan and execute product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional activity: Coordinate the online delivery of new product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional events from brief planning through to execution. Ensure products, content, pricing, merchandising, onsite messaging and campaign activity are delivered accurately and on time.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising and product teams: Work closely with internal teams to align ecommerce activity with wider commercial and brand objectives. Coordinate campaign calendars, product information, promotional plans and onsite activity to ensure a consistent and joined-up customer experience.
- Monitor performance using GA and Shopify Analytics: Use Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics to track website traffic, customer behaviour, sales, conversion and product performance. Regularly analyse reporting to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness and highlight opportunities for optimisation.
- Manage online product assortment: Take ownership of the online product set up working with product, merchandising and studio to ensure products are accurately presented, commercially relevant and aligned with customer demand.

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in ecommerce, preferably within fashion
- Shopify experience is essential
- Experience with search and merchandising tools
- MS proficient, particularly Excel
- Basic knowledge of Paid Media, SEO and CRM would be advantageous
- An entrepreneurial spirit- take real ownership over their sites.
- A self-starter who is able to manage several projects and work under pressure
