Love Struck · Guildford Office · Full-time

About us

Love Struck has been the leading supplier of blended beverages (predominantly frozen smoothies) for 20 years to foodservice and trade customers. If you've ever had a freshly blended smoothie in a gym, cafe or leisure site, it's very likely it was one of ours! We also have a small but strategically important direct-to-consumer channel run through our Shopify website. We're a small but mighty team, so everyone gets stuck in and sees the results of their work straight away.

The role

We're looking for an E-commerce Executive to take ownership of our D2C channel day to day. You'll report in to our Marketing Director and work closely with our web dev, social agency, content creators and fulfilment partners. It's an exciting opportunity - you get serious responsibility and get to make a significant impact whilst having the support of the established business behind you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
