RKW’s E-Commerce Content team is growing – and we’re looking to speak to people with a strong administrative background, excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for digital content.
As an E-Commerce Executive, you will support the management and deployment of product content across RKW’s key online retail partners, helping to ensure our brands and products are represented accurately, consistently and effectively wherever they are sold online.
The role will focus on the coordination, distribution, deployment and ongoing optimisation of digital product content and assets across our e-commerce retail account base, including Amazon and other major online retailers.
Working closely with Product, Design, Sales and other internal teams, you will ensure approved product content reaches the right retail partners, is uploaded correctly and remains accurate, compliant and up to date throughout the product lifecycle.

You will be based at our vibrant offices in Stoke-on-Trent, with flexible Hybrid-Working options available.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Track and load new products for RKW on our e-Commerce accounts – 15 customers (retail & marketplace).
- Audit retailer websites for RKW brands to ensure our product detail pages meet brand guidelines.
- Work cross functionally with Buying, Product & Marketing departments, to create best in class content.
- Upload images and content for e-Commerce accounts & amend based on retailer specific guidelines.
- Keyword optimisation management.
- Submit and manage internal requests for A+ product detail – across managed accounts.
- Enrol ASINs into customer initiative programs & track accordingly.
- Liaise with RKW Account Managers weekly to deliver content updates (launch & audits).
- Be a point of contact for RKWs eCommerce retailers externally to deliver exceptional service.
- Track and monitor all workflow process & communicate daily with the Content Supervisor and ad-hoc to the eCommerce Director.

Skills and Desirables
- 1-2 years of general office experience in a sales environment. Preferably with Amazon / Online retail experience (although this is not essential).
- An understanding of internet-related technologies and best practices.
- Attention to detail, with an ability to oversee and prioritise multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to work both independently as well as in a cross functional team environment.
- Desire to continue to learn and grow professionally.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to understand data.
