Our E-Commerce Executive plays an important role in shaping how customers discover, explore, and book Emirates Holidays online. You will help bring our destinations, offers, and experiences to life across our digital channels, supporting website content, digital merchandising, email marketing, and campaign activity to deliver a seamless and inspiring customer journey.

We are looking for someone who combines strong commercial awareness with a genuine passion for digital. You will be curious, creative, and confident using data and customer insight to improve performance, enhance conversion, and identify new opportunities for growth. Working closely with teams across Product, Marketing, Commercial, and Technology, you will help ensure every digital touchpoint reflects the quality, attention to detail, and customer experience expected from Emirates Holidays.

A day in the life of an E-Commerce Executive could involve:

  • Supporting the delivery of online revenue, conversion, and commercial performance targets across Emirates Holidays’ digital channels.
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining engaging, accurate, and SEO-optimised website content.
  • Merchandising destinations, offers, and promotions across our digital channels.
  • Building, scheduling, and deploying email marketing campaigns, while monitoring engagement and performance.
  • Reviewing website performance and customer behaviour to support ongoing improvements.
  • Supporting A/B testing and customer journey improvements to enhance the online experience.
  • Conducting regular website checks to ensure content, functionality, and presentation remain accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Producing regular trading, campaign, and website performance reports.
  • Working closely with Product, Commercial, Marketing, Systems, and IT teams to deliver campaigns, resolve website issues, and improve the digital customer experience.
  • Ensuring digital content and campaign activity complies with relevant legal, regulatory, and advertising requirements.

This is an office-based role, working five days per week alongside our Product, Commercial, Marketing, and Digital teams.

Qualification

To Be Considered For This Role You Must Have

  • Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, online trading, or a similar digital role.
  • Experience updating website content and supporting digital campaigns.
  • A good understanding of online sales, website performance, and customer behaviour.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data and reports.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • The unrestricted right to live and work in the UK.

You Will Have An Edge If You Have

  • Experience within travel, tourism, aviation, or another consumer-facing digital environment.
  • Experience with SEO, content management systems, or email marketing.
  • Experience using website analytics or reporting tools.
  • Exposure to A/B testing or customer journey improvement.
  • Knowledge of OTAs, online travel distribution, or GDS.
