Job Description
As our E-commerce Executive, you'll be responsible for ensuring our online ordering platform performs at its best while delivering a great experience for our Pub Partners.
You'll:
- Manage the day-to-day operation, content accuracy and user experience of our B2B ordering platform.
- Drive platform adoption through onboarding programmes, training materials and partner engagement activity.
- Support targeted marketing campaigns, digital communications and promotional initiatives that encourage online ordering.
- Work closely with Commercial and Category teams to increase online sales and average order values.
- Deliver loyalty schemes and online-only incentives that support customer retention and repeat ordering.
- Analyse platform performance, traffic, conversion and adoption metrics, providing actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal and external technical teams to support platform updates, testing and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement by keeping up to date with e-commerce trends and best practice.

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who combines strong digital expertise with commercial awareness and a passion for delivering excellent online customer experiences.
You'll have:
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, customer engagement strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), CRM systems and reporting platforms.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to turn insights into actions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Experience working across multiple teams and managing competing priorities.
- Understanding of website UX, content management and digital customer journeys.
- Knowledge of GDPR, accessibility standards and secure data handling practices
