E-commerce Growth Consultant

📍 Hybrid | Clapham, SW London
💰 £50,000–£65,000 + performance-related bonus

Built and launched an e-commerce brand? We want you to help the next generation of founders do the same.

About HonestBrands

HonestBrands is one of the fastest-growing e-commerce communities in the UK, helping hundreds of people launch and scale their own brands.

Our ambition is bigger:
We want to build the #1 e-commerce education company in the world.
We’re looking for an experienced e-commerce operator who wants to be part of building that with us.

The most important requirement is simple:
You must have previously launched your own e-commerce brand.
You don’t need to still be running it today, and it doesn’t need to have become a £10m business.
We just care that you’ve actually done it.
You’ve taken a product or idea, launched it, spent money on ads, dealt with things going wrong, solved problems and experienced what building a brand feels like first-hand.
Agency or performance marketing experience is a big bonus, particularly if you’ve worked across multiple e-commerce brands.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
