E-Commerce Sales Manager – National
£45,000 – £55,000 basic + bonus + benefits
Home-based – National, covering e-commerce partners and marketplaces across the UK
The Opportunity
Rommbic is proud to be exclusively retained by a global leader in premium bathroom and tile solutions to appoint an E-Commerce Sales Manager on a national basis, as the business embarks on an exciting new growth plan.
Our client designs and manufactures market-leading ceramic, tile and bathroom products, and e-commerce is already a significant and fast-growing part of the business – currently accounting for around 35% of total revenue, through partners including Victorian Plumbing, B&Q Marketplace and QS Supplies.
This newly created role offers the chance to take ownership of a genuinely high-performing channel, protect and grow existing key accounts, and unlock new marketplace opportunities such as Wayfair and Amazon.

What You'll Be Doing
- Owning and developing relationships with key existing e-commerce partners, including Victorian Plumbing, B&Q Marketplace and QS Supplies.
- Identifying, pitching for and onboarding new e-commerce and marketplace opportunities, such as Wayfair and Amazon.
- Setting performance targets for external partners and monitoring delivery against them.
- Holding regular meetings with e-commerce customers and partners to review performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Governing and maintaining partner websites, ensuring product listings, content and pricing are accurate and well represented.
- Working closely with the wider sales team and global team to ensure a joined-up approach to e-commerce.
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records within the Zoho CRM system, reporting activity weekly.

What We're Looking For
- 2–3+ years' experience in an e-commerce sales or account management role – this is essential.
- Experience within relevant product categories is ideal, though candidates with strong e-commerce backgrounds from other sectors will be considered.
- A solid understanding of online marketplaces, partner website management and digital merchandising.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a home-based, national role, with regular travel to meet partners and customers.
The Package
- £45,000 – £50,000 basic salary
- Bonus/commission scheme
