Following 23 consecutive months of growth and continued momentum across the platform, we are looking for an E-Commerce Manager to join the PerfectDraft team. This is a high-visibility, technology-focused role at the heart of PerfectDraft’s growth. You will take end-to-end ownership of the PerfectDraft website, ensuring it delivers an outstanding consumer experience while supporting our commercial, promotional and brand objectives.
The Role:
As E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day trading, merchandising, maintenance and ongoing optimisation of the PerfectDraft website. You will work closely with Commercial, Marketing, CRM, Technology and European e-commerce teams to ensure that our product ranges, promotions and campaigns are translated into compelling and effective online experiences. You will combine strong operational execution with consumer insight and a continuous-improvement mindset.
Duties & Responsibilities:

- Drive website optimisation and e-commerce improvements using customer, trading and behavioural data to increase conversion and engagement.
- Lead testing and optimisation initiatives from business case through implementation, measurement and performance review.
- Define and report website KPIs, trends and test results, presenting performance, insights and priorities to senior stakeholders.
- Shape the technology and website roadmap, while sharing best practice and scalable solutions with European e-commerce teams.
- Support commercial and promotional planning, advising on online campaign execution, product ranging, promotional mechanics, bundles and placement.
- Collaborate with CRM, Social, Brand and Content teams to create consistent, effective cross-channel consumer journeys.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
