Infopro Digital UK E-commerce Manager
Infopro Digital, the global B2B group specializing in information, data, and technology solutions, is currently looking for a UK E-commerce Manager on a permanent basis at Haynes Group Limited, who sit within Infopro Digital’s Automotive division.

What the Role Involves
As the UK E-commerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving online sales growth and maximizing revenue through effective management of our e-commerce (Shopify Plus) platform and online marketplaces (Amazon & eBay). This position requires an action-oriented, proactive thinker with a strong understanding of online consumer behavior, digital marketing, marketplace management, and e-commerce tactics.
This job is in our Headquarters based in Swindon, Wiltshire. It is anticipated that after a short period of training, the role will move to a hybrid working environment of 3 days office attendance.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and execute activity to drive online sales growth and achieve revenue targets across all active D2C channels (web and marketplace).
- Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform to enhance user experience, conversion rates, traffic growth, and retention that supports overall performance.
- Conduct regular analysis of sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement across marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay) and web properties.
- Collaborate with centralized cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and IT to ensure alignment and support for local e-commerce initiatives.
- Implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the e-commerce platform, increase brand visibility, and sales conversion across multiple on-site and off-site communications channels (social, email, etc.).
- Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and product merchandising to maximize sales and profitability.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities and threats.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and best practices to optimize e-commerce operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management with a track record of delivering sales growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in European e-commerce markets is advantageous.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Hands-on management experience of Amazon and eBay marketplace platforms. Repricer tool experience preferred.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, with Shopify highly preferred (e.g. Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Experience using customer management tools such as Gorgias and Bloomreach.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices for e-commerce websites and customer experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in retail, consumer-focused, or product-led industries would be advantageous.
