E-Commerce Manager
Permanent, Full Time
Are you a commercially driven e-commerce professional with a passion for digital retail and delivering exceptional online customer experiences?
We're looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow our online retail business. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our e-commerce strategy, drive revenue growth, and enhance the digital customer journey across our retail channels.
Working closely with the Retail Manager, Central Digital Team, and wider Marketing teams, you'll play a key role in shaping our online presence, optimising performance, and ensuring our retail offering continues to thrive.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and delivering the e-commerce strategy for our retail business.
- Owning the digital campaign and merchandising plan across all online channels.
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the retail website, ensuring products and content remain accurate, engaging, and up to date.
- Delivering email marketing campaigns from planning through to execution.
- Analysing performance, providing regular reporting and making recommendations to drive online sales and conversion.
- Working with internal teams to grow our marketable database and improve customer engagement.
- Managing external PPC agencies and ensuring targets are achieved.
- Collaborating with digital teams to maximise SEO opportunities and website performance.
- Building awareness of our retail brand across digital platforms, including social media.
- Working with marketing and content teams to ensure retail activity is effectively promoted.
- Identifying emerging trends, technologies, and best practice to support future growth.

What You'll Bring
You'll be an experienced e-commerce professional with a strong understanding of digital retail and a proven ability to drive commercial performance online.
You'll also have:
- Significant experience managing a B2C e-commerce website.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, and social media.
- Experience managing external agencies and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Shopify, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent analytical and commercial skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach and the confidence to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with others.
