About Charlotte Sayers
Charlotte Sayers is a family-run luxury antique jewellery business based in London's prestigious Mayfair, specialising in exceptional antique and vintage jewellery. We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented and creative E-commerce & Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our online business and help deliver an exceptional customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for luxury, e-commerce and digital marketing to join a growing brand.
The Role
As our E-commerce & Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our Shopify website, supporting performance marketing activities, managing digital content, and ensuring our online store is presented to the highest standard.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our e-commerce platform while supporting digital marketing campaigns and helping optimise the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Management
- Upload new product listings on Shopify.
- Write, edit and proofread product descriptions in the Charlotte Sayers tone of voice.
- Upload and organise high-quality product imagery.
- Edit product images to a high standard suitable for a luxury website.
- Manage homepage updates, landing pages, collection pages and seasonal campaigns.
- Set up promotions, discount codes, redirects and other website merchandising changes.

Digital Marketing
- Build, schedule and monitor email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
- Support the execution of performance marketing initiatives.
- Assist with on-site SEO improvements and optimisation.
- Monitor website performance and contribute ideas to improve conversion and user experience.
- Help maintain high website standards through regular audits and continuous improvement.
- Support social media content where required.
Product & Content
- Liaise with our product photographer to coordinate photography requirements.
- Ensure all digital assets are organised and maintained.
- Create engaging, accurate and luxury-focused product copy.
- Proofread all website and marketing content with exceptional attention to grammar and spelling.
Administration
- Support reporting using Excel and Google Analytics.
- Help maintain accurate product information within Airtable (where applicable).
- Carry out general administrative support for the e-commerce operation.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience using Shopify.
- Experience using Klaviyo.
- Experience using Google Analytics.
- Excellent written English with strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Understanding of e-commerce best practice and online customer journeys.
- Knowledge of on-site SEO.
- Understanding of e-commerce KPIs and sales performance metrics.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
- Creative thinking with the confidence to contribute fresh ideas.

Desirable
- Experience using Airtable.
- Previous experience in luxury retail, jewellery, fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Experience within e-commerce, digital marketing or online merchandising.
- An interest in antique jewellery, luxury products, design or art history.
