Job Description: E-Commerce Merchandiser

We're looking for a digitally sharp, detail-driven E-Commerce Merchandiser to enhance the online product experience for REP Fitness across the UK and Europe.

Role Overview

Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager – UK & Europe, you'll be the connective link between Product, Marketing, and Site Operations; making sure every product page, collection, and campaign landing page is accurate, on-brand, optimised for conversion, and localised for each market.

This is an ongoing merchandising role built on ongoing judgement and data-led decision-making, rather than one-off campaign delivery. You'll help shape the day-to-day online experience across our UK and European Shopify storefronts – from listings and collections to navigation and search – while working closely with Pricing, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and the wider global E-Commerce team.

If you're someone who notices when a product listing is off, takes pride in a well-merchandised storefront, and wants to make a visible impact across multiple European markets, we'd love to hear from you! At REP Fitness, we understand that our people shape our success.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who combines strong E-Commerce merchandising expertise with commercial awareness, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine desire to improve the customer experience.

The ideal candidate will already have experience within an E-Commerce, retail, or digital trading environment, and be comfortable balancing day-to-day execution with a proactive, data-led mindset.

Experience

  • Strong E-Commerce merchandising or digital trading experience, built within retail, DTC, or a physical/consumer products brand
  • Hands-on capability across E-Commerce platforms, with the ability to operate as an expert user of Shopify Plus
  • Confident merchandising experience across multiple European markets, languages, and currencies

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
