Tradition is currently seeking to appoint an E-Commerce Operations Analyst to be based in our London office.
Main responsibilities within the E-Commerce Operations Analyst position include:
- Daily monitoring of ParFX markets and trading activity
- Identify anomalies or irregularities in trading behaviour and escalate where appropriate
- Investigate, report, and/or resolve operational and market issues in a timely manner
- Work closely with ParFX Operations and Technology teams to resolve customer issues and requests
- Daily engagements with clients gathering feedback and improving performance
- Support ongoing market surveillance and operational controls
- Assist with process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Maintain accurate records and reporting related to market activity and incidents

Key skills and experience required in this role:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Highly motivated with a self-starter attitude
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Interest in financial markets, FX trading, or electronic trading platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is advantageous
