Job Title: E-commerce & Operations Assistant – Refurbished Smartphones
Location: Maidstone, Kent
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Workplace: On-site

Company Description
UKTEK is a growing technology business based in Maidstone. We are looking for an organised and reliable E-commerce & Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day sale and administration of refurbished smartphones.
Main Responsibilities
- Check and manage orders on Back Market and eBay
- Create and update smartphone listings
- Upload product information, prices, and photographs
- Respond to customer enquiries and emails
- Help manage Facebook Marketplace and other online sales channels
- Maintain accurate stock and sales records using Excel/Google Sheets
- Check sold items against stock/IMEI records
- Prepare, package, and dispatch customer orders
- Record returns, cancellations, and customer issues
- Assist with basic office administration
- Support social-media and promotional activity when required
- Prepare a simple daily update showing orders, listings, sales, returns, and outstanding issues

Previous experience with eBay, Back Market, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, or other e-commerce platforms would be an advantage, but training can be provided to the right person. Experience in the mobile-phone industry is helpful but not essential.
This role would suit someone who enjoys a mixture of e-commerce, customer service, administration, and practical day-to-day operations.
