About NOSE
Founded in Paris in 2012, NOSE is an independent concept store and pioneering digital platform dedicated to niche perfumery, beauty and home fragrances. Bringing together a carefully curated selection of some of the world's most exceptional fragrance houses, NOSE has developed a distinctive approach to perfume discovery through its proprietary olfactory diagnosis, available both online and in-store. Combining expertise, technology and a highly personalised customer experience, NOSE has built an international community of fragrance enthusiasts, collectors and curious minds. Following more than a decade of organic growth in Paris and internationally, NOSE is preparing to open its first London boutique in November 2026.
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations, Customer Service & Stock Associate to join our founding London team and contribute to this exciting new chapter.
Your Role
Manage e-commerce orders and fulfilment
- Prepare, carefully package and dispatch online orders, ensuring accuracy and exceptional presentation standards.
- Assemble personalised fragrance discovery kits and sample selections.
- Coordinate daily shipments with delivery partners, including Royal Mail, DHL and other courier services.
- Monitor order processing, shipment tracking and delivery performance.
- Handle returns, exchanges and delivery-related issues.
- Ensure that every order reflects NOSE's commitment to quality and customer experience.
Deliver an exceptional customer service experience
- Respond to customer enquiries through our customer service platform, Zendesk.
- Assist customers with order tracking, product availability, deliveries, returns and general enquiries.
- Support the resolution of payment issues, disputes and suspected fraudulent transactions.
- Coordinate with our Paris and London teams to resolve customer requests efficiently.
- Build customer satisfaction and loyalty through a responsive, thoughtful and personalised approach.

Manage stock and inventory operations
- Receive, verify and organise deliveries from our partner fragrance and beauty houses.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for products, fragrance samples, packaging materials and consumables.
- Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Coordinate stock movements between the boutique and e-commerce operations.
- Anticipate replenishment needs and contribute to maintaining optimal stock availability.
- Ensure that storage and operational areas remain organised, secure and efficient.
Contribute to operational excellence
- Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of our UK e-commerce and logistics processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve order accuracy, processing times and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the retail, e-commerce and operations teams in London and Paris.
- Take initiative in resolving operational challenges and improving daily workflows.
Your Profile
We are looking for individuals who combine strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfilment, stock management or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent organisational skills, accuracy and the ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive, reliable and hands-on approach, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Confidence working with digital tools and learning new systems.
- A genuine appreciation for high-quality products, presentation and customer experience.
- Fluency in English is essential. French, Arabic or other languages are an advantage.

The following skills would be an advantage:
- Experience with Magento / Adobe Commerce, Zendesk or similar e-commerce and customer service platforms.
- Familiarity with Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx or other shipping and fulfilment providers.
- Knowledge of payment platforms such as Adyen.
- Experience in luxury retail, niche perfumery, beauty or cosmetics.
- Previous experience combining stock management, online order preparation and customer service within a retail environment.
