About ORDO

An exciting opportunity to join the UK’s 2nd largest and fastest growing oral care brand! At Ordo, it’s our aim to make the world smile, providing high quality, affordable products. We are proudly stocked in the majority of UK retailers as well as internationally, across Australia, New Zealand, UAE, South Africa, USA and Europe! ORDO products are available globally through ordolife.com and major retailers such as Boots, Superdrug, Amazon, Tesco, Sainsburys, Morrisons, Ocado, Argos, Walmart, Target, Very, AO, Currys, and many more, as well as hundreds of independent pharmacies and dental clinics across the UK.

We’re a collaborative, creative team with big ambitions. As our direct-to-consumer business grows, we’re looking for someone who enjoys getting involved, learning new skills and keeping things running smoothly.

About the role

We’re looking for an organised, proactive E-commerce Operations Executive to support the day-to-day running of our direct-to-consumer business.

Working directly with our Head of eCommerce, you’ll get involved across website updates, stock monitoring, order management and paid advertising. You’ll work closely with colleagues and warehouse partners to keep our websites accurate, products available and campaigns running as planned.

This is a varied, hands-on role. One day you might be updating homepage banners and preparing products for a promotion; the next, reviewing stock levels, following up on a warehouse query or helping the team get new ads live.

You don’t need to be a developer, designer or paid advertising specialist. We’re looking for someone with a solid grounding in e-commerce, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. We’ll provide training and support to help you build your skills, including in paid advertising.

Key responsibilities

Website management

  • Maintain our Shopify websites, updating banners, imagery, product descriptions and other content using assets and copy supplied by the team.
  • Implement agreed pricing changes, discounts and promotions, making sure they go live accurately and are updated or removed at the right time.
  • Set up and maintain products, variants, collections and bundles, keeping product information and availability accurate.
  • Support product launches and promotional activity, carrying out mobile and desktop checks, resolving straightforward issues and escalating anything requiring technical support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Stock monitoring and replenishment

  • Monitor website stock levels and sales rates, identifying products at risk of selling out and highlighting slower-moving stock.
  • Recommend what to replenish, how much and when, taking account of recent sales, upcoming promotions and replenishment lead times.
  • Work with warehouse partners and relevant internal teams to investigate stock discrepancies and maintain accurate availability, including the individual products within bundles.
  • Provide regular updates on low-stock risks, expected restock dates and replenishment recommendations so the team can plan campaigns and website activity accordingly.
  • You’ll monitor stock and make recommendations, with final purchasing and stock allocation decisions sitting with the relevant team.

Orders and fulfilment

  • Liaise with our warehouse partners on day-to-day website order, stock and fulfilment queries.
  • Monitor outstanding or delayed orders, working with the warehouse and Customer Service team to resolve issues promptly.
  • Follow issues through to resolution, identify recurring problems and suggest practical improvements to reduce errors and improve the customer experience.

Paid advertising support

  • Support the paid media team with day-to-day activity across Meta, Google and other platforms with training and guidance provided.
  • Help prepare, upload and check ads using supplied creative and copy, ensuring product information, pricing, offers and landing page links are correct.
  • Assist with basic campaign reporting and performance checks, helping the team understand what is working and where further attention is needed.
  • Help coordinate new creative tests and promotional changes, keeping track of assets and making sure advertising reflects current offers and stock availability.

Previous paid advertising experience is helpful but not essential. You’ll learn through hands-on support, with campaign strategy, budgets and major optimisation decisions led by the Head of eCommerce and paid media team.

Wider D2C support

You’ll also help with reporting, launches, promotions and other day-to-day tasks across the e-commerce team. We’re looking for someone who is happy to get involved where needed, work through practical problems and suggest ways to make things run more smoothly.

What we’re looking for

  • Relevant experience. Ideally 1–3 years in e-commerce, online merchandising, digital marketing, e-commerce operations or a similar role. Practical experience and the ability to take ownership matter more than an exact number of years.
  • Confidence using Shopify. You should be comfortable managing products, updating content and pricing, and navigating orders and inventory.
  • Good spreadsheet skills. You can use Excel or Google Sheets to review sales and stock data, spot trends and turn them into practical recommendations.
  • Organisation and attention to detail. You can manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and check your work carefully, particularly when updating prices, promotions and product information.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn. You communicate clearly, follow issues through and are interested in developing your skills across e-commerce and paid advertising.

Experience working with a warehouse or third-party fulfilment partner would be an advantage, as would familiarity with stock replenishment, Shopify bundle apps or page builders such as GemPages. You don’t need experience with every tool we use, but you should be comfortable learning new systems and confident asking questions when needed.

Why join ORDO?

You’ll play an important part in the day-to-day running of our online business and see the impact of your work on website accuracy, product availability, campaigns and the customer experience. Based in our Altrincham office, you’ll work directly with our Head of eCommerce and alongside colleagues across the wider business. You’ll gain practical experience across online trading, operations and paid advertising, with training and opportunities to take on more responsibility as your skills develop.

How to apply

Apply with your CV and a short introduction outlining your relevant experience and why you’d like to join ORDO.

You don’t need to tick every box. If you’re organised, comfortable with e-commerce systems and keen to get involved across a growing D2C business, we’d love to hear from you.
