I’m partnering with a fast-growing e-commerce and D2C consumer brand looking to appoint an energetic, commercially minded and highly hands-on E-Commerce & Operations Manager.
This is a genuinely varied role sitting at the intersection of e-commerce, content, marketplace management and physical operations. You’ll take ownership of the brand’s digital storefronts and social channels while also ensuring the day-to-day warehouse and fulfilment operation runs efficiently.
It would suit someone who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment where there is plenty of autonomy, pace and variety. You may spend one part of your day optimising TikTok Shop listings and analysing competitor pricing, another planning social content, and another making sure orders, returns and stock are being managed effectively.
This is very much a role for someone who likes to get involved, take ownership and make things happen.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Marketplace Management
You’ll take day-to-day ownership of the brand’s online marketplace presence, with a particular focus on TikTok Shop and the company website. Responsibilities will include:
- Creating and optimising high-converting product listings across TikTok Shop and Magento.
- Managing product titles, descriptions, imagery, tags, pricing and promotional information.
- Regularly reviewing product and listing performance to identify opportunities to improve conversion.
- Monitoring competitor pricing, promotions and marketplace activity.
- Identifying underperforming products and making recommendations around pricing, creative, positioning and content.
- Updating promotional banners, flash sales, discount codes and marketplace campaigns.
- Ensuring product information remains accurate and commercially optimised across all channels.
Creative, AI & Product Content
You'll also play an important role in improving how products are presented online. This will include:
- Using modern AI and creative tools to develop high-quality product imagery and marketplace assets.
- Creating and editing lifestyle imagery, product graphics, infographics and hero assets.
- Using platforms such as Canva, Photoshop, Midjourney or equivalent AI creative tools.
- Ensuring creative output remains consistent with the brand's identity and commercially focused.
- Testing different creative approaches to improve engagement and conversion.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ensuring products and stock are stored correctly.
- Supporting the team with physical fulfilment activity when required.
This is a hands-on role, so you'll need to be comfortable spending part of your working day on your feet, packing orders, moving boxes and organising stock.
