At TELUS Digital, we help the world’s biggest brands build smarter technology. As a E-commerce Product & Search Relevancy Expert, your mission is to help an AI learn how to suggest the perfect products to online shoppers. You will look at massive catalogs across various industries and decide which items belong together. You act as the "human logic" that ensures a customer sees a matching set or compatible accessories instead of a random, incorrect suggestion.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create Pairs: Match products based on color, pattern, and style so they are visually consistent.
  • Check Compatibility: Ensure products actually work together for the same use case. (Example: Matching the right technical gear for specific sub-disciplines like gravel biking vs. road cycling).
  • Review Metadata: Look at gender, price segment, and seasonality to ensure recommendations are logically and commercially sound.
  • Maintain Data Integrity: Keep a clean, structured list of matches that follow strict brand and category guidelines.
  • Category Research: Quickly learn the nuances of new product domains to pick the best matches. (Example: Researching technical differences in skiing, cycling, or gym fitness gear).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
