We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role requiring excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Supplier Management

  • Communicating directly with suppliers and factories to coordinate production.
  • Managing sample development, including requesting samples, providing feedback, and overseeing revisions.
  • Monitoring production timelines and ensuring samples and orders are delivered within agreed deadlines.
  • Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with suppliers.

Customer Service

  • Communicating with customers regarding order-related queries and issues.
  • Resolving customer enquiries efficiently and providing a high level of service.

Order Fulfilment

  • Managing the daily fulfilment of orders outside of the USA.
  • Working closely with shipping partners, including DPD, DHL, and Royal Mail.
  • Ensuring orders are processed accurately and dispatched within required timeframes.

Website & E-commerce Administration

  • Managing stock levels and updating inventory.
  • Adding and updating products on the website.
  • Carrying out general Shopify and website administration.
  • Ensuring product and stock information remains accurate and up to date.

Wholesale

  • Preparing wholesale orders, invoices, and packing lists.
  • Coordinating wholesale shipments and ensuring orders are completed within deadlines.
  • Maintaining an understanding of commodity codes and other relevant shipping information.

  • Be able to prioritise effectively and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Have a positive, hands-on approach and be willing to get involved across different areas of the business.
