Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Shop Operations Specialist with Finnish to support the growth and success of our Finnish shop.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our product assortment is accurate, up-to-date, and available to customers. Your main focus will be product listings, product changes, promotions, and maintaining high-quality shop content. You will work closely with colleagues across Europe to ensure a smooth customer experience and support commercial goals in the Finnish market.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings and product changes in the Finnish shop
  • Ensure products are correctly categorized, activated, and visible to customers
  • Maintain high-quality product content
  • Create and manage promotions
  • Perform quality checks and proactively identify and fix content issues
  • Support translations and adapt website content for the Finnish market when needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Content Team, Vendor Managers, Category Management and Campaigns Team
  • Contribute to continuous improvements of shop processes and content quality
  • Help reduce backlog and ensure timely execution of operational tasks

Qualifications

  • Fluent Finnish (C2 level) and communicative English
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • A hands-on, execution-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
  • Interest in e-commerce and online customer experience
  • Experience with CMS tools, PIM systems, Jira, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Experience in content management, product data management, or e-commerce operations is an advantage
