Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries related to online orders, products, accounts, payments, and deliveries
- Provide support through email, chat, phone, and digital customer-service channels
- Assist customers with order updates, returns, exchanges, and basic account issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support outcomes
- Liaise with internal teams to help resolve fulfilment, delivery, and product-related queries
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues when further support is required
- Support routine e-commerce administration and online customer-service processes
- Help maintain a positive and professional customer experience across digital channels
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using websites, email, spreadsheets, and online business systems
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident working with digital tools and learning new e-commerce platforms
- Professional, helpful, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote environment
- Previous customer service, retail, administration, or e-commerce experience is beneficial but not required
