As our E-Commerce Trading Operations Executive, you’ll be part of the Commercial team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Digital Trading Lead. You’ll be right at the heart of fast-moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.
WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE
The E-commerce Trading Operations Executive supports the execution of trading strategies and operational processes that drive online sales performance. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, accurate product setup, and timely implementation of promotions and campaigns. It plays a key role in maintaining site accuracy, optimising workflows, and supporting trading priorities to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Core Accountabilities
As our E-Commerce Trading Operations Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Managing product setup and maintenance, ensuring accurate product uploads, pricing, availability and seasonal launches across CMS/PIM systems, including ownership of the Product Launch Tracker.
- Executing promotions and trading activity, implementing online campaigns, discounts and offers while coordinating 360° operational plans for peak trading periods and promotional events.
- Supporting site merchandising and trading performance, maintaining category and product placement to optimise conversion while monitoring key KPIs such as conversion, AOV and sell-through.
- Coordinating trading operations and resolving issues, working closely with Merchandising, Supply Chain and Marketing to ensure launch and trading readiness, proactively identifying and escalating issues that could impact performance.
- Maintaining operational accuracy and improving processes, carrying out quality checks across site content and pricing, maintaining data integrity and documentation, and identifying opportunities to improve workflows and automation.

Key Skills & Capabilities
Put simply, the key things we’re looking for are:
- E-commerce and digital trading knowledge, with an understanding of online trading operations, site merchandising and customer journeys.
- Strong technical and analytical capability, confident using CMS, OMS, Microsoft Office and analytics tools to manage product data, pricing and performance information.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond confidently to operational challenges in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment.
