About The Role

Due to continued growth across our cargo, import, and e-commerce operations, we’re looking for motivated and enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives to join our expanding team at Terminal E on an initial six-month fixed-term contract.

This is more than a warehouse role. It’s an opportunity to become part of one of Scotland’s most dynamic aviation environments, working at the heart of an operation that connects businesses, airlines, and customers across the globe.

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring freight moves safely, securely, and efficiently through Glasgow Prestwick Airport.

Whether you already have warehouse experience or are looking to build a long-term career in logistics, aviation, and cargo handling, we’ll provide the training, support, and experience you need to succeed.

What We’re Looking For

In return, you’ll gain valuable experience within the aviation and logistics sector, working in an operation that continues to grow and develop.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
