About the Role

We are looking for a commercially focused and ambitious E-commerce Web & Marketplace Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day trading and development of our e-commerce and Marketplace websites.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that e-commerce is about more than managing a website. You will be responsible for driving online sales, improving conversion, maximising product performance, managing email/CRM activity and continually improving the customer journey.

Working closely with our Buying & Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Design and Operations teams, you will play a key role in growing our digital business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of day-to-day e-commerce and trading and website/marketplace performance.
  • Drive online sales, conversion, AOV and profitability.
  • Manage online product merchandising, navigation, search, collections and landing pages.
  • Plan and implement website campaigns, promotions, launches and seasonal activity.
  • Ensure products are launched accurately, on time and presented effectively.
  • Manage the email/CRM calendar, including promotional, product, seasonal and customer communications.
  • Create, schedule and optimise email campaigns to drive traffic, sales, engagement and customer retention.
  • Analyse email performance including open rates, click-through rates, conversion and revenue, using insights to continually improve performance.
  • Work with Marketing and Creative teams to develop engaging email content aligned with the wider brand and campaign strategy.
  • Analyse website/marketplace and product performance and turn data into clear commercial actions.
  • Identify and implement CRO opportunities to improve conversion and customer experience.
  • Work with Marketing and external partners to improve SEO, organic traffic and revenue.
  • Manage website content, product information and homepage/landing-page updates.
  • Work with developers and technology partners to deliver website improvements and new functionality.
  • Produce regular e-commerce performance reports and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure the website, email and digital customer journey reflect the brand, product and commercial strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
