We are looking for an E-Discovery Specialist to join a leading global professional services firm, supporting complex eDiscovery projects and regulatory investigations.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in eDiscovery, digital forensics, or legal technology who are looking to develop their technical expertise within a highly regarded organisation.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end eDiscovery process, ensuring the secure handling, processing, and preparation of electronic data for legal review.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing data intake, processing, and exports using Nuix.
  • Supporting Relativity review workflows, including workspace configuration, data loading, and productions.
  • Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Managing the secure transfer of electronic data between client and internal environments.
  • Working closely with digital forensics and legal review teams.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with established procedures.

  • Hands-on experience using Nuix and/or Relativity.
  • Previous experience in eDiscovery, digital forensics, legal technology, or regulatory investigations.
  • An understanding of data processing, document review workflows, and quality assurance.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Experience working within a law firm, eDiscovery provider, consultancy, or regulatory organisation.

Experience with Microsoft Azure or SQL would be advantageous but is not essential.
