Description

E-Learning Specialist – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Remote with occasional travel
Salary up to £34,000 DOE

We have an exciting opportunity for an E-Learning Specialist to join our Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a primarily remote role, with occasional travel required, supporting our Central Quality Team to develop engaging, high-quality e-learning modules.

You’ll work with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to turn content into accessible digital learning, managing each module from design through to launch and ensuring it meets organisational standards.

Experience using, and the ability to design in, Synthesia and Articulate is essential.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop e-learning modules from initial project scoping and storyboarding through to build, testing, approval and launch.
  • Work closely with the Head of Nursing and Central Quality Team, prioritise content requirements and manage the development plan, keeping stakeholders updated on progress.
  • Work with subject matter experts to translate complex clinical, regulatory, and behavioural content into clear, accessible, engaging digital learning, using Synthesia, Articulate Storyline, Articulate 360 and other relevant tools.
  • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create content that supports genuine understanding, not just course completion, and work with our LMS provider to maintain working relationships.
  • Ensure all content is inclusive and accessible, reflecting Priory's commitment to EDI and to colleagues learning in diverse roles, sites, and circumstances.
  • Provide specialist advice on e-learning solutions and learning technologies, build strong relationships across Quality and L&OD, and keep up to date with accessibility standards and emerging learning technologies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
