E-Learning Developer

Love turning learning content into brilliant digital experiences? So do we.
At Quadmark, we believe great learning should feel effortless. Engaging, intuitive and beautifully put together, with technology that helps people learn rather than getting in their way.
We're looking for an E-Learning Developer who loves bringing content to life, has an eye for detail and takes real pride in creating digital learning experiences that just work.
You'll be building interactive learning experiences using Sana Learn, combining creativity, technical know-how and a passion for quality to deliver something exceptional for our clients and their learners.
And because we're always looking for smarter ways to work, you'll have the opportunity to explore how AI can make learning development faster, better and more creative.
What you'll be doing
You'll take great learning content and turn it into engaging, polished digital experiences that learners love.
That means:
- Bringing learning to life: Building interactive e-learning modules in Sana Learn, using quizzes, branching, interactions and thoughtful navigation to create engaging learner journeys.
- Making quality your superpower: Taking ownership of the quality of your builds, testing everything from interactions to learner flows and making sure every course is client-ready.
- Making the most of AI: Exploring Sana AI and other smart ways of working to speed up development without compromising the learner experience.
- Solving problems creatively: Finding practical solutions to technical challenges and platform limitations, balancing creativity with what's possible.
- Working brilliantly with others: Collaborating with designers, project leads and the wider team to bring learning experiences together, responding to feedback and keeping everyone in the loop.
- Always looking to improve: Sharing ideas, learning from each build and finding little ways to make the next one even better.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
