We are flexible to hire this role in any of our European offices.
The E-Learning Executive will be responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, optimisation, and day-to-day administration of the organisation’s e-learning ecosystem and Learning Management System (LMS).
Working as part of the Training Team, the role supports the successful delivery of digital learning programmes, webinars, training events, and Sinclair College projects. The E-Learning Executive works closely with global and regional teams to ensure that learning content, systems, reporting, and logistics are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

What You'll Be Doing:
Learning Management System & E-Learning Platform
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (Totara 19), ensuring content, users, courses, and learning resources are accurate, accessible, and up to date.
- Support the ongoing development and optimisation of the e-learning platform to improve user experience and learning effectiveness.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process and platform improvements.
- Coordinate with relevant technical teams or external providers to investigate and resolve system issues and bugs.
- Report, track, and follow up on technical issues through to resolution.
E-Learning Content Management
- Create, upload, update, and maintain digital learning content and training resources.
- Ensure content is accurate, current, appropriately structured, and aligned with learning objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of new e-learning modules and digital learning solutions.
- Coordinate content updates with global and regional stakeholders.

Reporting & Data Analysis
- Develop, implement, and maintain LMS reports and dashboards.
- Monitor learner participation, completion rates, engagement, and other relevant learning metrics.
- Analyse learning data and provide insights to support training decisions and continuous improvement.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to relevant stakeholders.
Webinar & Virtual Learning Support
- Support the planning, organisation, and delivery of webinars and virtual training sessions.
- Manage the associated digital learning logistics, including scheduling, invitations, registrations, technical set-up, attendance tracking, and follow-up activities.
- Provide support to trainers, speakers, and participants before and during online sessions.
Training & Event Logistics
- Provide logistical and administrative support for training programmes, events, and learning initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners where required to ensure smooth delivery of training activities.
- Support participant communications, attendance tracking, materials preparation, and post-training administration.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Project Support
- Work as an integral member of the Training Team, contributing to the successful delivery of training and e-learning initiatives.
- Liaise with global and regional teams to understand and support the requirements of specific Sinclair College projects.
- Coordinate multiple projects and priorities while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, issues, and key deliverables.
Your skills and experience
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Digital Learning, Training, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fluent in English
- LMS and digital marketing knowledge
- Problem solver
- Ability to use generative AI tools
