E-Learning Manager

The E-Learning Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's digital learning experience. Managing a team of two LMS Design Specialists, the role ensures the delivery of engaging, high-impact, and commercially relevant e-learning solutions that enhance employee capability and performance. The E-Learning Manager will act as the central point of expertise for e-learning across the business.

Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Senior e-Learning Specialist to design, create, and deliver interactive digital learning experiences using authoring tools, multimedia, and instructional design principles that align with learning outcomes and our brand standards.

As part of the role, you will be working very closely with our Training Content Team to apply insightful and practical learning theory principles to design effective online learning experiences, delivered for our employees worldwide via our Learning Management System.

The role reports to the Training Director and has line management responsibility for two eLearning Designers based within our Global Shared Office in India.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Proven experience managing e-learning or digital learning functions.
  • Experience leading and developing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems such as Access or SAP
  • Experience using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline and Vimeo.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical approach with experience interpreting learning analytics and engagement data.
  • Experience working collaboratively with content creators and subject matter experts.
