Love creating email campaigns that look great and deliver results? Keen to take ownership of email and SMS for an established premium fashion brand? Looking for a role where you can develop your experience across customer journeys, retention and loyalty?

We're partnering with an established premium lifestyle brand to recruit an Email Marketing Executive. With distinctive collections, a strong brand identity and a direct relationship with its customers, this is a brilliant opportunity to work on communications that people genuinely look forward to receiving.

You’ll join a business where brand and commercial performance go hand in hand, working closely with the eCommerce, marketing and creative teams. There’s plenty to get involved with, from new collections and key trading moments to developing how the business connects with its most loyal customers.

The Role

You’ll own the day-to-day delivery of email marketing through Klaviyo and SMS through Attentive, building campaigns, managing automated flows and developing segmentation to make communications more relevant and effective.

Working around the trading calendar, you’ll plan activity that brings together bestsellers, seasonal opportunities and key launches. You’ll partner with the creative team on imagery, copy and messaging, making sure every communication feels consistent with the brand.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You’ll also be the main contact for the agencies supporting these channels, keeping activity on track and making sure it’s delivered to a high standard. Reporting will be an important part of the role, using campaign results to identify what’s working, recommend changes and track the impact of your improvements.

Initially reporting to the eCommerce Manager, you’ll focus on building a strong email and SMS programme. As the CRM and loyalty function develops, you’ll move into that team and take on more responsibility for loyalty planning, alongside delivering the programme’s customer communications.

Skills and Experience

  • Hands-on experience building and managing email marketing campaigns, ideally using Klaviyo.
  • Experience working with agencies, managing delivery and providing clear feedback.
  • Confidence using segmentation, automated journeys and campaign reporting to improve performance.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong written communication skills and an eye for brand consistency.
  • An organised approach and the ability to manage a busy campaign calendar.
  • A commercial mindset, with an interest in how email and SMS contribute to sales, retention and customer engagement.
  • A collaborative approach and confidence working with creative teams and senior stakeholders.
  • SMS platform experience, particularly Attentive, would be useful, as would experience in loyalty or retention marketing.
