POSITION: eRETAIL COORDINATOR

DEPARTMENT: SALES / COMMERCIAL

LOCATION: LONDON

REPORTS TO: eRETAIL MANAGER

Working collaboratively alongside the Marketing & Commercial teams you will assist the eRetail Manager and Head of E-Business in deploying the eRetail strategy for Guerlain UK. You will support with the building of tailored partner plans, and be responsible for the execution of deliverables agreed with our eRetail partners. You will ensure that we provide a platform for the market to discover our brand & products ensuring an elevated, brand lead experience driving traffic, engagement and fundamentally, sell-out whilst establishing Guerlain as a best-in-class partner.

Job Responsibilities

Partnership:

  • Maintain high levels of organisation and follow processes to ensure all e-retail accounts are suitably managed and maintained.
  • Be the day-to-day key point of contact and deliver exceptional client service to Guerlain’s eRetail partners through accurate, clear written and verbal communication.
  • Under the supervision of the eRetail Manager, be responsible for the negotiation and on-time, pixel-perfect delivery of partnership deliverables across onsite, media, social, CRM etc. agreed with retail partners.
  • Ensure all paid and FOC activity goes live on time and is captured for records.
  • Keep retailers updated with shooting guidelines / ‘Do’s & Don’ts’ and assist with product send-outs for shoots.

Product & Brand:

  • Ensure the go-live of the product launch calendar and project manage the timely delivery of all new product launch data and collateral, ensuring pixel-perfect brand expression in line with Launch Kit and guidelines.
  • Ensure product attributions are optimised for e-merchandising product discoverability.
  • Cascade updated assets and copy to retailers following HQ guideline updates, ensuring new update requests are recorded on local trackers from request to final execution with retailer partners.
  • Work with Commercial, Marketing and Buying teams to ensure the product catalogue on each eRetailer is appropriately optimised and best in class, with fully enriched product pages.
  • Support the maintenance and creation of Flix Media content pages, including removal of expired assets, upload of new assets and close work with HQ for sign-off on new pages and launches.
  • Perform regular audits of eRetailer sites, brand spaces and content to ensure they are updated and maintained in line with global guidelines and fully embody brand identity.

Trade and Marketing:

  • Plan GWP and Sampling activities, ensuring they are offered and sent to eRetail partners and set live according to agreed go-live dates.
  • Work with external agencies/suppliers for asset production, including partner briefs, validating these with global teams and working with e-retailers to implement.
  • Ensure consumption of all GWPs and Samples for eRetail partners is in line with forecasts and under-consumption is managed during the monthly actualisation process.
  • Activate and monitor retail media performance (CRITEO / CITRUS) with relevant retailers, ensuring product feeds are up to date with bestsellers, NPD etc. and investments reach full potential.

Reporting:

  • Weekly and monthly sales tracker updates.
  • Weekly and monthly e-retail performance analysis, understanding key drainers and drivers in the business.
  • Drive strategies to maximise opportunities and limit drainers in performance, incorporating key KPIs delivered in the monthly data pack.
  • Support the planning and creation of presentations for internal stakeholders and partner strategy meetings.
  • Monitor visibility on e-retailer platforms for Guerlain and competitors, reporting back to the business and proactively exploring opportunities.
  • Ensure all necessary eBusiness trackers are updated for divisional overview purposes.
  • Manage and update e-trade plan and related sales performance trackers, reporting weekly trade performance to provide sales analysis and identify opportunities.
  • Analyse performance of animations and online activities implemented, and work with retailers to gain data and insights.

Profile

  • Graduate Level
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the digital space
  • Knowledge of the UK beauty market & beauty industry
  • Inherent interest in luxury industry and beauty
  • Fluent in English. French language skills a plus.
  • eCommerce // eRetail // Merchandising experience advantageous.
