Your role will be to work with the E Store team ensuring the store is well stocked and replenished, processing online orders, picking and packing them for our customers, to be sent directly to their doors. Leading the teams to achieve the KPIs and ensuring they are adhering to health and safety.
But that's not all... you’ll also be out on the shop floor, bringing the same energy to our in-store customers. Whether you’re restocking shelves or helping someone find exactly what they need, it’s all about great service and great vibes.
🧐What You’ll Bring To The Role
- Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer preferred
- Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service
- The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills
- Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
