Your role
The E2E Service Architect will design, define, and govern the end-to-end service architecture for a large-scale, multi-national Network Management Service for a satellite-based cellular broadband network. This role is pivotal in shaping the operational model (NOC, SOC, Service Desk, OSS), integrating multi-vendor systems, and ensuring compliance with stringent sovereignty, security, and performance requirements.

Your profile
Required Experience
- Experience in E2E service architecture, network assurance, or telecom operations, preferably in a strategic or E2E Architect-level role.
- Expertise in designing and implementing OSS/BSS solutions for complex telecommunications environments (NOC, SOC, Service Desk).
- Proven experience with ServiceNow implementation, particularly Telecoms Service Management and Operations Management modules.
- Understanding of satellite and non-terrestrial network (NTN) operations.
- Demonstrated experience with AIOps concepts (anomaly detection, event correlation, RCA) and integrating OSS systems using TMF Open APIs and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with EU sovereignty requirements (GDPR, NIS2) and multi-vendor SIAM environments.
- Experience with telecom topology/service dependency modeling, graph databases, and data aggregation/cleansing

Preferred Certifications
- TM Forum Open API or Autonomous Networks certification.
- ITIL v4, DevOps, or SRE certification.
