We are currently supporting a client to find their next Executive Assistant (EA) and Private Personal Assistant (PA) for 2 High-Net-Worth (HNW) principals. This is a great opportunity for someone who has worked with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI) in supporting both the business office activities and with the family private matters including household, lifestyle, and travel.

Role Description

This is a full-time, EA and Family PA role supporting high-net-worth principals in the London Area, UK. An experienced, proactive, and highly organised Private Family PA is sought to support two Principals across the central London office, and their personal, household, and lifestyle affairs. This role, spanning both the business and private side, managing diaries, coordinating exclusive and confidential projects, and constantly thinking ahead to optimise the Principals’ time and ensure nothing is missed.

Acting as a true gatekeeper, the successful candidate will manage diaries, priorities, and personal schedules with precision, integrate seamlessly into an established household team, and bring absolute discretion to every aspect of the role. The position requires a professional who can manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and represent the principals with tact and integrity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
