Executive Assistant | Engineering & Construction Sector FTC

London Hybrid Working (Minimum 3 Days Office-Based)

£60,000 - £65,000 + Benefits

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment? We are partnering with a leading organisation within the engineering and construction sector to recruit a highly capable Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to two C-suite executives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, commercially aware EA who enjoys working at senior leadership level and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive support, including complex diary and inbox management.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and international travel arrangements.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare professional presentations, reports, and meeting documentation.
  • Manage confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • Support strategic projects and ensure effective follow-up of key actions.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider executive support team to deliver seamless leadership support.

About You

  • Proven experience supporting C-suite executives within a complex business environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure while managing competing priorities.
  • Highly professional, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
