As an EA in the Legal department within the professional services industry

As an EA in the Legal department within the professional services industry, you'll manage the day-to-day organisation of administrative tasks and provide high-level support to ensure operations run smoothly. Based in Edinburgh, you'll play a key role in helping the team stay on top of their commitments and deadlines.

Description

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for the legal team.
  • Prepare and format legal documents and correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Handle incoming communications and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with billing and expense management processes.
  • Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
