Are you a bright and professional EA with experience supporting a successful team in Financial Services?

Do you enjoy building strong working relationships?

A well-established Investment firm based West End is now looking for a true team player EA to support 2 busy Heads in diverse business areas plus their teams – high logistics role!

You’ll be fully immersed from day one in this dynamic firm where the culture is fast-paced but extremely supportive too.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Organising meetings, video and conference calls globally
  • Global travel arrangements
  • Relationship-building at all levels across the business with a variety of stakeholders
  • Editing presentations and reports
  • Expenses/invoices processing
  • Desk Admin
  • Roadshow coordination; CRM assistance
  • Projects and Events

The skills you need to bring:

  • MD-level PA/EA experience gained from Financial Services/Investment firm preferred – Private Equity, Fund Management, Venture Capital
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Confident multi-tasker; self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Ability to build quick work relationships
  • Approachable and strong communicator
