Executive Assistant - EMEA Marketing Partnerships

Entertainment & Streaming | London | Temporary Contract

Salary: £250-£300 per day, depending on experience
Duration: 15 October 2026 - 1 March 2027
Location: London, office-based

We are seeking an experienced, proactive Executive Assistant to support three Directors within the EMEA Marketing Partnerships team of a leading global entertainment and streaming business.

This is an exciting opportunity for an EA with experience in marketing and advertising industries to join a globally recognised business at the forefront of entertainment. Supporting senior leaders across London, Paris, and Madrid, you will play a key role in keeping the team organised, connected, and operating efficiently across multiple markets and time zones.

The Role

Working closely with three Directors, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support, managing competing priorities and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations across the wider EMEA team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively managing complex calendars for multiple senior leaders, balancing competing priorities, and coordinating meetings across different time zones.
  • Organising and confirming large cross-functional meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Organising team events, offsites, and training sessions.
  • Managing expenses, purchase orders, and financial administration.
  • Circulating NDAs and contracts, maintaining distribution lists, and keeping team documents up to date.
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for the Directors, anticipating their needs, and communicating confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues across EMEA and international teams, including North America, LATAM, and APAC.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, streamline administration, and make the wider team more efficient.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
