EA to the CEO
As the EA to the CEO, you will be responsible for ensuring the CEO's activities are as efficient and effective as possible. A large part of this is stakeholder management and liaising with other Execs during a few pivotal milestones for the business. It will also include extensive global travel booking and complex diary management.
Client Details
You will work for a highly reputable global business who have been on a fantastic trajectory over the past 5 years, the CEO has been pivotal to their success, implementing and guiding a transformation project during this time. The CEO travels a lot which lends itself to hybrid working.

Description
As the EA to CEO in London, you will:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and organise materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with drafting and proofreading correspondence and documents.
- Support the CEO with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain effective communication and liaise with key departments within the organisation.

Profile
A successful EA to CEO should have:
- Proven experience in a similar executive support role at a FTSE business or highly demanding environment.
- Excellent skills in MS Office.
- Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder management credentials.
Job Offer
You will be paid 90k-110k with a very generous bonus and benefits.
