Your new role

Supporting primarily the CEO and the wider exec team, you will provide extensive day-to-day assistance. Your main duties will include:

  • Manage professional and personal scheduling for the CEO, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to other senior executives.
  • Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives' travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking and transportation etc.
  • Performing administrative and office support, such as preparation of documents, spreadsheet creation, PowerPoint presentation creation and maintenance of filing systems.
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have experience supporting at c-suite, preferably within a global, technical business. An energy background would be beneficial. You should have excellent communication skills, great time management and a proactive approach to your work. You must be a flexible team player; everyone rolls their sleeves up and does what it takes to get the job done!

What you'll get in return

A basic salary of up to £45k + bonus. This business offers a 3/2 hybrid model from their offices in Paddington, London.
