A rare and exciting opportunity to join a highly successful, fast-growing creative agency.
Our client is looking to appoint an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the CEO as one of their closest and most trusted partners. This is a high-profile role for a career EA who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is confident operating at the C-suite support level.
Working closely with the CEO, you will provide seamless executive support while acting as a trusted sounding board and key point of contact across the business. The successful candidate will bring exceptional organisation, discretion, judgement and communication skills, alongside the confidence and maturity to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities and operate with complete confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an exceptionally busy calendar across business and personal commitments.
- Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts before they arise.
- Protect time for strategic thinking, creative work and key leadership priorities.
- Coordinate meetings, calls and appointments across multiple stakeholders.
- Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for every meeting with the right information at the right time.
- Domestic and international travel management
- Flights, accommodation and transport coordination.
- Restaurant reservations.
- Visa coordination where required.
- Adapting to last-minute changes and problem-solving.
- Creating detailed travel itineraries.
- Personal diary management - household appointments and maintenance coordination.
- Handling confidential personal matters with absolute discretion.

Required Skills/ Experience/ Attributes:
- Super organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Calm, composed and adaptable under pressure.
- Warm, professional and an excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
- Comfortable working at pace and changing direction quickly.
- Discreet, trustworthy and highly dependable.
- Experience supporting a Founder, CEO or senior executive at C-suite level.
- Outstanding diary, inbox and stakeholder management experience.
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel.
- A proven ability to manage highly confidential information with absolute discretion.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack and modern productivity tools.
- Confidence using AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and streamline administration.
- Experience supporting senior leaders within a creative, media, production, entertainment or other fast-paced founder-led business is strongly preferred.

This is a full-time, office-based role, (hybrid working is not available). There may occasionally be a need to work outside core business hours, depending on the needs of the business and the level of support required by the CEO.
