Personal Assistant to CEO – TV Production London | £45,000–£55,000 DOE | 12-month FTC

We’re working with an established and growing independent television production business to find an experienced PA to support its CEO.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who already understands the pace and demands of scripted television and enjoys being at the centre of a busy, creative environment. You’ll provide high-level support to the CEO, helping them stay organised, prepared and one step ahead while acting as a key point of contact across the business.

The role

You’ll take ownership of the CEO’s day-to-day organisation, balancing changing priorities and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

  • Managing a busy and frequently changing diary
  • Coordinating meetings, travel and schedules
  • Preparing documents, presentations and briefing materials
  • Managing correspondence and acting as a trusted gatekeeper
  • Taking notes, tracking actions and following up on deadlines
  • Keeping the CEO informed of key project updates and priorities
  • Liaising confidently with internal teams and external industry contacts
  • Supporting wider business projects and events as required
  • Handling confidential information with complete discretion

About you

We’re looking for an accomplished PA, EA or senior support professional with previous experience within scripted television. You’ll understand how a production environment operates and be comfortable working with changing schedules, competing priorities and senior creative stakeholders.

You’ll be naturally proactive, exceptionally organised and confident using your judgement rather than waiting for instruction. You’ll also bring excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach.
