Executive Assistant to the CEO – Remote, UK (Part-Time, 20 hrs)

Job type: Part-time, permanent

Hours: 20 per week: 4 hours each morning, Monday to Friday

Pay: £22.50 per hour (about £23,400 a year)

Location: Remote, preferably based in the East Midlands, with attendance at staff days (approx. 4–5 times a year)

Holiday: 28 days, including bank holidays

About us

We are a UK property investment and development group growing a mixed portfolio of commercial and residential assets. We are raising investment, taking on new acquisitions and moving towards operator-led income. We are a small, hands-on team that works remotely.

The role

You will run the working life of our CEO: inbox, diary, travel, events and investor admin. You will make his week run smoothly so he can raise finance and source deals. This is a focused, hands-on EA role. It is not an operations or property management role, and you will not manage staff.

What you'll do

  • Manage the CEO's inbox: sort, prioritise and draft replies
  • Keep a six-week diary accurate, including travel and parking
  • Run a short daily catch-up and turn decisions into Asana tasks
  • Book travel, hotels and events
  • Handle investor admin: renewals, payment reminders, loan agreement paperwork, follow-ups
  • Chase and organise paperwork for acquisitions, deals and grants
  • Keep Drive and Asana tidy and up to date
  • Support light HR admin, such as holiday records and onboarding paperwork

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
