EA to COO, SW1 22939

£60,000 + bonus + benefits

Are you a proactive, driven EA with C suite experience in a global organisation?

Do you enjoy gatekeeping and being the point of contact for the global senior leadership?

Can you manage demanding agendas with professional composure?

Do you have strong IT skills as well as an eye for numbers – for researching, interpreting and producing reports and presentations?

There’s plenty of scope for involvement in projects in this rapidly growing global and inspiring organisation.

With some flexibility, this mostly is 5 days in the office.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer, proactively managing priorities, schedule, and day-to-day operations
  • Support the COO's relocation from the US by assisting with the establishment of their professional and personal life in London
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Executive Committee members, Board Directors, investors, and other senior stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and decision-making
  • Manage a complex and ever-changing calendar, ensuring effective forward planning, prioritisation, and scheduling
  • Manage multiple inboxes, triaging correspondence, responding where appropriate and escalating matters as required
  • Prepare agendas, board papers, meeting packs, and relevant business information to ensure the COO is fully briefed for meetings
  • Organise, attend and coordinate executive, leadership, and board meetings, taking accurate minutes and tracking actions through to completion
  • Produce reports, presentations and other high-quality documentation, including creating and editing PowerPoint presentations
  • Conduct research, gather and analyse information, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Coordinate complex international travel, including itineraries, logistics and accommodation
  • Plan and deliver executive meetings, conferences and events, managing venue selection, guest lists, logistics, equipment, technology, materials, and catering
  • Manage, organise and maintain accurate records, data, and business documentation
  • Process and manage multi-currency expenses
  • Handle enquiries confidently, resolving issues independently where appropriate and escalating when necessary
  • Exercise delegated authority to approve requests, decisions and expenditure on behalf of the senior leadership team where appropriate

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
