ERDEM is an independent house of bold fashion, based in London. Founded in 2005 by designer Erdem Moralioglu MBE, the brand has forged its own path within the industry. After appointing his first CEO in 2020, the company has begun its exciting growth journey to increase its visibility and expand its global footprint through Wholesale, Retail & eCommerce channels.

The Job:

The Executive Assistant role is a highly organised, hands-on position supporting the Founder/Creative Director and the CEO. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities, anticipate needs, and operate effectively in a fast-paced creative environment.

The successful candidate will act as a central point of coordination across departments, ensuring seamless communication, scheduling, and execution of key activities.

  • Acting as primary support to the Founder/Creative Director and CEO, liaising with all departments on scheduling, deadlines, and feedback
  • Maintaining and managing complex diaries with an acute awareness of priorities and preparing for all meetings
  • Taking minutes in meetings and issuing clear action plans
  • Coordinating personal and professional travel for Directors
  • Managing and submitting expenses in a timely manner
  • Acting as the point of contact for external partners
  • Conducting research for ad-hoc projects
  • Running personal and office errands as required, such as gift sourcing and ad hoc requests
  • Creating visual presentations on Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Canva

The Person:

The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, and thrives under pressure. They will be confident managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism.

They will be a strong communicator and natural problem solver, able to anticipate needs and take initiative in a fast-moving, creative environment. Experience within fashion or a creative industry is highly desirable.

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience in a busy office environment, ideally within a creative industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Professional and confident demeanour when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to make sound judgement calls and work independently
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
  • Strong team player with the ability to motivate and support others
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Canva experience useful but not essential
