Executive Assistant | UK Law Firm | up to £45k

A highly regarded and well-established UK law firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their thriving London office. Supporting senior leadership, this is a varied and fast-paced role offering exposure to business operations, strategic projects, and senior stakeholder management within a collaborative and professional environment.

The successful candidate will be a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant who enjoys working at pace, managing competing priorities, and building strong relationships across all levels of a business. If you're looking for a varied role with genuine exposure to senior leadership and business operations, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive support to 3x senior leaders, helping to manage priorities and schedules.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track key actions.
  • Assist with presentations, reports, and business documentation.
  • Support strategic projects and wider operational initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of strong PA/EA experience in a top City law firm or professional services firm.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload.
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and business administration tasks.
  • Proactive, professional, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
