Are you an experienced EA who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys supporting senior leaders at the very top?

Do you have exceptional organisational skills, strong judgement and the confidence to manage complex diaries, stakeholders and priorities with ease?

Are you proactive, adaptable and always one step ahead, bringing calm and structure to a dynamic executive setting?

This is a demanding and highly rewarding EA role for someone who enjoys working closely with senior leaders, taking ownership, and contributing to the success of a dynamic international business.

Our client is looking for an outstanding Executive Assistant to support their COO in a high-impact role working within a collaborative and ambitious team, offering real exposure and the opportunity to grow with the business.

What you’ll be doing day to day

  • Managing daily communications with internal and external senior
  • Managing complex and ever-changing diaries for the COO
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings across multiple time zones and challenging schedules
  • Liaising closely with the wider executive and operational teams to ensure seamless coordination
  • Planning and supporting board meetings, corporate events, dinners and conferences
  • Managing detailed travel logistics including flights, accommodation, visas and transfers
  • Preparing and assisting with presentations and executive materials
  • Maintaining accurate information logs and meeting records to support compliance requirements
  • Handling expense submissions efficiently and accurately
  • Acting as a first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
  • Supporting the smooth running of the London office alongside broader EA responsibilities

  • Significant EA or PA experience supporting senior executives at C-suite level
  • Exceptional diary management and organisational capability
  • Ability to work at pace, juggle competing priorities and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong communication skills with confidence working across senior stakeholders
  • High level of discretion and experience handling confidential information
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with confidence using modern digital and AI tools
  • A flexible, proactive mindset with willingness to adapt to changing demands
  • A collaborative team player with a polished and professional approach
